The HGF BREEDING PROGRAM is based on a clear understanding of the morphological requirements that produce the functionality and dressage-suitability of a modern sporthorse breed.

Hampton Green Farms BREEDING PROGRAM consists essentially of the goal of producing Pure Spanish Horses that excel in competitive Dressage. Our breeding stock has been carefully selected with an emphasis on exceptional movement, athletic build and a kind temperament. Our prototype is a horse of a good size that has the ability to execute extensions without compromising the elevation and collection for which the Spanish breed is famous--in short, a modern Dressage competitor deeply rooted in the classical heritage of the Iberian Horse.

Our Pure Spanish Horses compete in national and international FEI Dressage arenas and have a proven record of winning titles in the most prestigious shows. Like the stallions, our broodmares all have been imported from Spain, are descendants of National Champions of the breed, and include award winners of such titles as 'Mejor Movimiento' (Best Movement).
